The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ji888 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the sending bank.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. ji888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on ji888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ji888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ji888 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if it is determined that the destination account does not belong to the registered account holder.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ji888 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements.
